I am an experienced Realtor in Los Angeles and my Main focus is buying and selling Real Estate in the San Fernando Valley. I have hundreds of Buyers at my fingertips that are ready and able to make a purchase in the next 1-6 months. I will be able to get the sale closed smoothly and efficiently.

We can set up an appointment to discuss what your home is worth, what is involved in selling your house in Today’s Market and your Bottom Line/Net Proceeds. We will provide to you a Comparable Market Analysis (“CMA”) so that you can see what has sold in your neighborhood recently, what is currently on the market and what that means for our Opinion of your Home’s Value. We’ll prepare the Listing Contracts and Send over the Photographer to your Home to take professional photos and Videos. Once we’re ready, we’ll put in the MLS, Advertise your Home for Sale and set up Open Houses for Brokers and the Public.

Broker Commission:

Broker Commission is an important figure to consider during your contract signing. There is no set commission amount that all Realtors follow. Normally, our company charges a certain percentage of the Sale Price and splits that with the Agent representing the Buyer. If I happen to represent the Buyer as well (Dual Agency), my charge is usually less to make sure you get your maximum benefit. Since no commission is paid until the Close of Escrow, If we don’t close, I don’t get paid – This is why I Go the Extra Mile to make sure you get Top Dollar for your sale! Commission Amounts vary based on each situation, but my Rates are low and fair.

The Listing Package:

Every Sale is different so I customize what goes into each sale process based on your needs and availability. Below is a list of different marketing strategies that can be included in the sale process.

– Add the Listing in the Local Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
– Advertising your house on Home Sales websites (i.e. Zillow, Trulia,, etc.)
– For Sale Sign in Front Lawn with Specialized Flyers and Brochures for the Information Box
– Professional Photos, Video Tour
– Specialized website – Just for your Home
– Advertising in local Newspapers (Daily News or LA Times, as necessary)-
– Social Media and Neighborhood Postcard Marketing
– Broker Open Houses and Public Open Houses
– Customized Private Showings and Home Tours

Worry Free Sale!

In addition to marketing your home for sale, I take extra steps to ensure a worry-free sale. The Escrow process is sensitive and requires my immediate attention. I will be regularly checking in with the Escrow and Title companies to ensure a timely close. I will be in constant contact with the Loan Officer for the Buyer to ensure Funding. I will provide all necessary Real Estate Forms and Information to the Buyer, Seller and any other Real Estate Agents that may be involved in the Transaction, to ensure Full Disclosure and protect you in the Future. I will make sure all required Reports are Completed, including Termite Reports, Home Inspections, Appraisals and Natural Hazard Reports. I will do my best to make sure you have a safe home at the time of sale with Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors in the necessary locations of the house. And, to ensure extra security, I will provide a One-Year Home Warranty to the Buyer, at my own cost, as my gift to you.
